We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order, including orders placed under the same customer account, payment method, billing address, or shipping address.

Used, washed, soiled, altered, incomplete, or customer-damaged items may be ineligible for a non-faulty return where permitted by law.

For Complete Paw Care System returns, all bundle components supplied with the order may need to be returned together unless Muddli confirms otherwise.
